If you are a physical store or an e-commerce site, we would love to hear from you.

We require a business address. If you are exclusively online, we will ask for additional information to activate your account.

Our products cannot be sold on Amazon, eBay or Etsy .

We do not currently accept dropshipping .

Our product prices must comply with our Recommended Retail Price (RRP) , unless the item is selected for a temporary promotion.

Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for your account to be approved.

We only consider exclusivity in very specific situations. If you would like to learn more, please contact us at b2b@mob.paris .

If you've previously ordered from us through Faire, please note that Faire's protection only applies to orders placed on their platform. We cannot guarantee exclusivity outside of Faire.

You can order directly from this site.

Simply add the product packs to your cart and proceed to checkout to see the delivery costs.

Once your first order is placed, you will be assigned an account manager .
If you have any problems, please contact him as soon as possible.

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately to see if this is possible.

If you use your own freight forwarder, you must contact us within 24 hours of ordering for any changes.
Once the order is packed, no changes can be made .

We only sell by minimum quantity .

MOQ sizes vary depending on product dimensions and RRP.
Sizes are indicated on each product sheet.

Shipping costs are calculated at actual cost , based on weight.
If you feel our shipping costs can be optimized, you can arrange a collection through your freight forwarder. Contact your account manager to discuss this.

• Free delivery from €300 (excl. VAT).

All new customers are automatically set up as Pro-forma .
Existing customer accounts retain their current terms.

Customers with an account with payment terms can finalize their order without immediate payment; an invoice will be generated after shipment, to be paid within the agreed deadline.

We aim for dispatch within 3 to 4 days .
Orders requiring palletization may take 4 to 6 days .
During peak periods, additional delays may apply.

• France: Colissimo with signature, DPD, Geodis

Please give us as much detail as possible so we can provide you with an accurate quote.

If you are not satisfied with your order, or if you have any problems, please contact your account manager or b2b@mob.paris within 14 days of delivery .
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if possible.

For any specific requirements (appointment making, reception hours, etc.), please inform us when ordering .
Small orders can be processed quickly, so any special requests should be notified in advance to b2B@mob.paris .

Out of stock products are indicated as “out of stock” .
If they are in production or in transit, a restock date and pre-order option will be visible.
A team member will inform you of the estimated time frame.

If you spot a product that is out of stock and would work well in your store, please let us know so we can advise you on the lead times.

We have our products tested through a third-party lab for entry into Europe and the United States if required.
